1. Physical Products (Organic Foods, Clothing & Handcrafts)
Due to the nature of organic foods and perishable items, we generally do not accept returns on food products unless they arrive damaged or spoiled. For clothing and handcrafts, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
2. Digital Products & Services (Software, Apps, & 3D Assets)
Due to the digital nature of downloadable software, mobile applications, AE templates, and 3D models, all digital sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases where the digital file is proven to be completely corrupted or defective.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned physical item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as credit/debit card via PayHere or bank transfer) within a certain number of days.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning physical items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
