Curry Powder – (Unroasted) – (Roasted) is best with vegetables. The fried Curry Powder has more intense flavors than the unbound thunapaha with Sinhala curries, which means it can withstand the flavors of dishes like meat and fish. It is often sprayed to add a fragrant finish between dishes.
All five of the dried put on low heat and fry separately until golden brown.
When the rest of the liquid starts to turn golden brown, combine them, then add them to the other ingredients and then grind all the liquid into a fine powder in a spice grinder. The mixture is mixed and stored in airtight special packaging.
